Let us start off by saying THANK YOU for your interest in SPURR! The fact that you’re seeking help for your business says a lot about you as a business owner. We understand that your business is like your child. You’ve invested a considerable amount of your time, your attention, and your money into its success. Therefore, trusting someone you don’t yet know to discuss something you hold so dear isn’t a decision that’s made easily, nor should it be!

For this reason, before we provide any services to you, we’d like to share with you our perspective.

The truth is, no one knows your business more than you do! It would be arrogant and presumptuous for us to attempt to place your business in a mold and provide a predetermined set of solutions. Nor would it be beneficial for you for us to simply tell you what you’re doing wrong and provide a laundry list of things you need to improve without any understanding of your situation. So that being said, the first thing we’ll do is listen to your story. If you’ve had a few “bumps in the road” on your business journey so far, that’s okay. We’ve probably experienced some of those “bumps in the road” ourselves in one fashion or another. After we’ve taken the time to get to know you and your business, we’ll provide some recommendations that are specifically suited for you and include any particular service requests you’ve made. Then, if you feel comfortable with what we offer, we’ll work out the time frame that works for you at a price that fits comfortably within your budget.
